Being a defence Aspirant, you can apply for NDA after 12th.

The National Defence Academy commonly known as NDA is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. Successful candidates are admitted into the respective academies after they are selected by the Services Selection Board (SSB).

NDA Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• The upper limit is 19 year 6 months for appearing in NDA

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for NDA

• Army Wing of National Defence Academy: Passed class 12 under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University

• Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy: Passed class 12 under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University

• 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Passed class 12 under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University
