How many fees have to pay for computer engineering without tuition?

Hi ! It depends on various factors. It also depends on college, state, it's status which means whether it's a private or government and on many other factors. Generally this fees range from 4lacs in Normal private college and government colleges to 20 lacs in good private colleges includes bits Pilani and Manipal. Here hostel fees and all are not included. Typically the fee structure for Computer Engineering varies from college to college. Specially the Government colleges have a very low fee structure and private Engineering colleges charges a very high amount for this course. However the fee structure varies depending upon college to college. Here you have not mentioned name of the college in which you want to take admission. In general it may cost you from Rs 3 lakh to Rs. 16 lakh depending upon your choice of college.
