With this rank it is difficult to get a government medical seat. Even under 85% state quota it is difficult.

However you can try in the private medical colleges. 

In 2018,MM medical college closed at a rank of around 71216 for general category under government quota seats. And under management quota the closing rank was 203104.

You can also try for deemed universities. 

Since the analysis is based on last years cutoff nothing can be said with absolute guarentee.
