With a 250-270 score range you'll get any college and any branch you like.
And it can't be determined by how much but rather "how well". You need to stop making mistakes.

To get this much of high score in JEE mains you must have to study really hard..

First step is to join India's best coaching institute.
Second step is to stop the use of smart phone.
Third step is to study 6-7 hrs daily without any gap even at the festival time
Be regular and punctual towards your studies and donot cheat yourself

5-6 hours of daily study is more than enough now....but from December you should give more time to it...i think 7-8 hours will be enough.....and most important thing is to utilize that time very well......have confidence and be motivated.....you will definitely get 250-300 marks in jee mains.

It Depends on person to person.......I used to study not for more than 1 hour but manage a score of 186 in mains.....so don't count no. Of hours,make them count ur work...All the best
