Layers of GI Tracts is divided into four layers:

1. Mucosa

i. Epithelium

ii. Lamina propria

iii. Muscularis mucosae

2. Sub-mucosa

3. Muscularis Propria

i.The inner circular muscle layer

ii. Intermuscular space

iii. Outer longitudinal muscle layer

4. Serosa
