Please mention the name of the entrance exam you wish to apply for. 
Talking in general
For NEET UG you will require minimum 50% for general category and 45% for reserved categories in class 12.
For JEE Mains its again 55% in class 12th but if you wish to get into IITs then 75% minimum is a must.
And for rest entrances its generally around 50-60%.
So a good score is always a best option.
