If you are one of those who are preparing for jee and get into nit or iit then you need  to score 75 percent atleast in class 12 boards but if you are preparing for medical entrance exams like aiims etc , you need to score at least 60 percent marks. 

But if you want to get into  Delhi University or have  future plans for MBA I would suggest you to score 90+ percent marks.
