I would like to tell you that the marks are a dynamic parameter in NEET and rank can be a static parameter, So considering the previous year's statistics and on remebering the incresed no of seats due to AIIMS and jipmer the cutoff rank of cmc vellore might go a little down .The rank required for cmc vellore will go as highest as for 400-500 max for the gen category .

As considering the level of the paper in 2019 and 2020 an remembering the trend  it can be said that you will be required to score atleast of 680+ in NEET 2022 to get into CMC vellore.

THe cutoff usually varies a lot from year to year depending on various factors. Students IQ increases from generation to generation.
