The cut off in 2020 to qualify in JEE Main for SC category was 50.1760245 percentile. In 2021 the expected qualifying percentile for SC category will be between 50-55. Based on our JEE Main Rank Predictor tool you need to score minimum 25-30 marks or above to score such percentile. This is based on previous year data and the cut off percentile and percentile vs marks trend changes every year. The cut off depends on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc. And the percentile vs marks trend changes every year depending on top score, normalised score, number of candidates appeared etc.

You should aim not just to qualify in JEE Main but secure a decent rank for they you need to score minimum 80 marks or above so that you will qualify in JEE Main and eligible to appear for JEE Advanced also have chances of getting seat in NIT and IIT through JEE MAIN SCORE if not qualified in JEE ADVANCED.
