To secure ECE, CSE, IT or perhaps EEE at some of the Top NITs, IIITs or GFTIs, being from OBC NCL Category you need to secure atleast OBC Rank 4k or a Corresponding CRL between 18-22k. For this CRL Range, you must Target a Score anywhere around 145-150/300 and hope for the best.
