As per AIIMS MBBS cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to General category will be required to score at least 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, while those belonging to OBC category need to score at least 59% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, while those belonging to OBC category need to score at least 45% and SC/ST candidates will be required to score at least 40% in order to qualify the exam.

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to general category and if you are aiming for AIIMS Delhi then you need to score above 150 marks and if you are aiming other AIIMS then you need to score above 115 marks to secure a seat in AIIMS I hope this information helps you.
