It is difficult to predict the cut off for NEET 2021 to get admission in to Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh and Government Medical College, Amritsar because the cut off depends on various factors like total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam, number of seats available, previous year cut off etc. In 2019 the cut off under 15% AIQ quota for general category was as follows for the preferred institutes

• Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh : 665
• Government Medical College, Amritsar: 618

Considering the previous year cut off you need to score minimum 625-635 marks to get seat in GMC, Amritsar and to get seat in GMC, Chandigarh you need to score minimum 670-690 marks to be on the safe side as cut off changes every year you need to score above the previous year cut off marks.
