The cutt off scores varies from year to year as they depend on factors mentioned below :-
1. The number of candidates who have applied
2. The difficulty level of exam
3. The total number of seats available
4. Performing of candidates in NEET.

Though the qualifying percentages are as follows
1. UR/GEN : 50%
2. ST/SC/OBC : 40%

So previous years the cut off marks were:-
1. GEN : 641
2. OBC : 635
3. ST : 520
4. SC : 556
5. EWS : 630
