it cannot be said with full cetainity. The percentile will depend on your session and the other students who took the test in your session. But it appears that a marks like 250 may fetch you 99+ percentile. The marks is quite good and no.of students getting that much in a particular session is mostly low. So 99+ percentile may be possible.
