You haven't mentioned the name of the exam for which you want to know about qualifying marks,  let me know it so that I  can help you with relevant and detailed informations.  In case if you are asking about neet examination then cut off is 50th percentile for general category to qualify neet , which is around in between 120 to 140 marks in neet as per past year trends,  but of you want to get into government medical college then you will have to get at least 550+ marks in neet.
