See, cutoff changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared and difficulty level of the question paper.However, if you go through previous year trends then if you want to get admission in a government medical college with General category then then you will have to aim to score 580+ in NEET examination to be on a safer side.Competition is getting tougher each year so you need to aim high.
