You  haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, if you belong to Genral Category and you are looking for Government College seats, you will need atleast 400-475. On the other side you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need 375-400. Now if you are fine with even a Private Medical College, if you belong to General Category you will need atleast 375-400 and for Reserved Categories you might need atleast 350. This is based on previous years cut oofs and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
