You  haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, if you belong to Genral Category and you are looking for Government College seats, you will need atleast 400-475. On the other side you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need 375-400. Now if you are fine with even a Private Medical College, if you belong to General Category you will need atleast 375-400 and for Reserved Categories you might need atleast 350. This is based on previous years cut oofs and cut offs change every year.
