to get an admission in nit you should have atleast 75% in 12th board conducted by the perspective board exam and in jee mains paper you should get more than 200 marks so that you can be in a safe side without having any worries about your seat if you have reservation then it is more easier for you to get a seat in nit college

it depends on which branch you want to opt for

to get admission into top NIT colleges your score should be around 250+ out of 360 to be on safe side 

All India Rank in JEE MAIN must be within top 500.
