I verified previous years ranks and marks. Here are some details about the ranks vs marks in jee mains.

10000 to 15000 rank for 150-160 marks

15000 to 20000 rank for 140-150 marks

So, you can expect 140 to 150 marks in jee mains for 16000 in general category.
