MHT - CET is total of 300 marks. As MHT-CET consists of three paper and each paper consists of 100 marks. So accordingly, if we convert to percentage brings out 1 percent is of 3 marks in MHT-CET.

But if you want to know about rank. Then may be priority is given to a participant subject for rank. So, rank depends on particular subject.
