Hello Siddhant, as MHT-CET consists of three paper and each paper consists of 100 marks so accordingly MHT - CET is total of 300 marks which if we convert to percemtage brings out 1 percent is of 3 marks in MHT-CET. But for rank there can be proority set to particular subject. That on the basis of particular subject rank is given.
