As per your requirement, i would say that marks needed for vjnt caste for bvsc varies every year as the cut off varies. It depends on state you are applying from and which collegr you are choosing. 

Getting a seat in government  college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same. 

Or else, you can get admission with low cut off through management quota also.
