As mentioned earlier, PWD is not a vertical reservation in NEET. Its a horizontal reservation within your Category. The minimum marks required for a seat in a Medical College depend on the State you belong to. Few States have higher cut offs than the others. But in general if you belong to SC Category and you have a PWD reservation, you will atleast need 450-500 marks. This is based on previous years cut offs. But cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
