Hello aspirant,
According to the previous year cut-off marks for various medical colleges, if you belong to the General category and wish to take admission to a government college through the All India Quota, you must score 650+ marks to be on the safe side. Through the state quota, securing 630+ marks is a safe bet, however, it all depends on your state and the medical colleges you wish to apply to.
The same goes for OBC and EWS candidates as they do not have much of a difference between their cut-off marks, only 4-6 marks, almost near to general candidate's cut-off marks. For an SC candidate, securing a seat through All India Quota will require 550+ marks, whereas, through the state quota, you might be able to get a seat with 510+ marks. (This does not apply to colleges in Delhi and many good government colleges as they require 600+ even for SC candidates)

For an ST category student, marks anywhere between 450-550 (or even less) will be able to fetch them a government college.
Hope it helps!
