The cut-off for BAMS is

• 400+ for General Candidate
• 360+ for OBC
• 320+ for SC/ST candidates.

Private colleges may accept a score lower than this, but for government colleges you need to score this much atleast. The scores might vary depending upon the college and the domicile state.
