Hello there

Marks are not the correct criteria to define at which you will be getting AIIMS or any other colleges as it totally depends upon the difficulty of the paper and it varies year to year.

But still if I tell you generally then you should score more than 660 to be on the safer side and to get a seat in AIIMS if you belong to general category and if you are targeting AIIMS Delhi then you should score more than 680/690 or 700+ or upto it but it is confirm that to get MBBS admission in AIIMS, aspirants have to rank under AIR 50-100.
