Hi, 

The minimum qualifying marks for General category student is 50% marks.

So inoreder to be in d safe zone to land up in one the AIIMS in the country you need to have a min score of 120-130.

Said this the cutoff vaties every year depending on severa factors lik toughness of paper, no of candidates etc. 

Plus there is nothing lik free seat. In AIIMS admission is on basis of AIIMS entrance score and all the students getting admission have to pay the min course fee.
