Minimum of 80 marks in the AP eamcet to get the rank below 10000, then you can get the free seat in any college in AP.For a particular college to get free seat you wants to get below cut-off rank for that particular college if the cut-off rank is above the 10000 ,then for the fee seat you must get the rank below 10000 in the AP eamcet exam.
