As it depends upon category but to be in safe side you should score at least 1 40+ in JEE Mains. But if you want to get CS/IT or any other core engineering branch then the cutoff are as follows :-

CS/IT : 195+

MECH : 190+

ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS : 185+

CIVIL : 168+

Any other non core branch (Chemical/Metallurgy/Production etc.) : 145+

Non engineering branches (Physics/Chemistry/Maths etc.) : 140+
