Greetings!

Actually marks required by you to get a seat in a medical college keeps varying every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc. But if you belong to general category and your aim is to get a seat in government medical college then you should target at least 580 marks or more in neet examination, better try to get around 600 marks as more is marks , better is the college you get.
Good luck for your neet preparation , to prepare well you should go through  plenty of numericals and mcqs , go through past 39 year chapterwise papers of neet aipmt book for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology by arihant and once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers.
