There are number of factors to be considered which can differ the safe score for MBBS . No. of students appearing that year , Paper Difficulty , Your state and state reservation may put the bar up for MBBS admission.

But in general scenario , you should try to score above 610 so that you can be sure to get a seat in any one medical college (GOVT.).
