For admission in GMC- Mumbai, you need to score minimum 550+ in NEET as the cutoff varies every year and so the safe marks range can't be predicted. The cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination and, hence varies every year depending on these factors. Your question has a confusion. By GMC you want to say Government Medical College in Mumbai or Grant Medical college. These is the reason why I can't give you a conclusive rank or marks.
But in general as per the previous year records you should try to keep a marks above 550 and if you have really good preparation then above 600 to ensure a seat under home state quota in Mumbai(this are the lower limits try to keep your marks higher).
