Me being an engineering student it is very very difficult to say the marks required for admission in a particular stream in a generalised way. Every NIT has a different cutoff for Electrical Engineering. And state government colleges also have different cutoff for different colleges and also for different states cutoff varies. Still a percentile of 97 and above will probably bring a seat for you in NIT usuing state quota. I hope this information will help you.
