Seeing previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS,you need 75+ score out of 300 in general category for qualifying JEE MAINS 2020.Try to score 120+ out of 300 for NITs,IIITs or GFTIs..

Cutoff marks of Jee  mains varies every year and also marks are different for different categories.As per the previous years cutoff the expected minimum cutoff marks of Jee mains 2020 category wise is mentioned:

General:78

OBC:74

SC:54

ST:44

PWD:-35

There would be 25 questions from each part.(Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)
20 objective mcqs and 5 numerical from each part would be there.
You will get +4 for correct answer,and -1 for wrong answer and 0 for no answer
Maximum marks is 300.
Now after giving the exam jee main would publish it's cut off ,if you get marks above that cut off you would be eligible to appear for JEE advanced
