If you are asking about admission to Medical colleges for MBBS course, you will have to appear for NEET entrance exam. 

NEET is the entrance exam for admission to medical, dental and AYUSH courses in the country.

COMED K is the state level engineering entrance exam for admission to B.Tech programmes.
