If you are talking about the percentage of students who got admission, A total number of 1,97,751 candidates registered and appeared for the JIPMER, 2018. There are a total of 200 seats for all Categories among the Puducherry and Karaikal campuses. Hence 200 people got admission here out of 197,751 candidates. Therefore 0.10 per cent applicants got admission.

If you are talking about percentage required to be eligible then, You should have cleared your Class 12 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) and English as the mandatory subjects  General Category candidates require a minimum 60% aggregate and reserved candidates require minimum 50% aggregate to be eligible
