Hello Punith ,
For joining MICA you must have given either CAT/XAT in order to be eligible for MICAT which is an aptitude cum psychometric test. A percentile above 85 for both CAT and XAT is considered a good one for admission in MICA

A percentile above 85 for both CAT and XAT is considered a good one for admission in MICA. However, MICA gives most weight to its own MICAT exam which comprises of 36 compulsory psychometric questions, 25 verbal ability questions, 25 quantitative reasoning questions, 25 general awareness questions, 30 divergent-convergent reasoning questions and 4 compulsory descriptive questions.

MICA releases a sample paper on its website before test for reference of students.

Each question carries one mark.

The cutoff is usually 45+.

It's, however, mandatory to pass the psychometric test without which one fails to get calls despite a very good score in MICAT itself.

All the best!!
