The cut off varies for each NIT and the course you are seeking admission.To qualify in JEE main a percentile 85 or above is required and to get seat in an NIT and branch of your choice you need to score 95 or above percentile to have decent chances.Cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available, difficulty of exam etc.
