As u haveto score overall percentage in btech to place in good company  is above 70% and its for 40 subjects in the computer science engineering and you should have good techinical skills in coding as your a computer science engineering graduate and u should have some working skills and good experiences in the internships and the present running technologies and you should have good communicate skills and you have some capability to manage your team . study well and work hard  to place  in good company i think my suggestions and knowledge would be helpful to u.

It depends upon the college, computer science is one of the best branches in b.tech , the major companies that came are Amazon, adobe.you didn't mention the college?
