To be eligible to appear in GUJCET a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with atleast 45% marks and for reserved category it is 40%.Candidate must be a bonafide resident of Gujarat.Candidates residing in other states but is a bonafide resident of Gijarat are also eligible.

In 2019 a candidate belonging to general category with rank 1917 secured a seat in ECE in Nirma Univeristy.So to be on safe side you need to score a rank below 1000 to get seat.And you must have 45% in 10+2.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
