Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT Counseling on the basis of NEET score and rest of seats admission is through state level entrance exam, The admission criteria can also differ state to state.

The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidates etc. So it would be difficult to tell you the exact marks however you try to score well in exam.
