Generally state quota counselling rounds would be conducted in two rounds followed by a mop-up round for seats that remain vacant after the second round. If you specify the particular state then I can help you more about.

The counselling for Tamil Nadu MBBS 2018 will be held in one round. In case, any seats are left vacant, then an additional round of counselling may be held.
