Any student who is eligible for JoSAA 2018 (whether participated or not) can participate in special vacant seats filling rounds conducted by CSAB. The Central Seat Allocation Board has released the counselling schedule for of two special vacant seats filling rounds. so it can change from time to time as it depends on the seats filled already.
