Dear aspirant,

According to your query,

The latest rules and norms set for seat reservation then you should know that for state domicile students around 85% seats are reserved and admission for this seats is conducted by state educational council. Now other 15% seats are reserved for all India quota for all students throughout India .

Hey Munni Sasmal,

As per government regulations. About 85% seats are reserved for the same state domicile. Maybe be varying in different States as in UP currently It has been changed to 80% still there is high no. Of seats. And rest 15% are all India. So a person who is not from that particular state can get the seat Alloted for him/her.
