The total number of applicants who registered for JEE April session will be announced after the declaration of results.Right now the statistics for April session are not available.But 1200000 candidates are expected to appear in April session.For January session 921261 candidates registered for the exam out of which only 869010 candidates appeared in JEE main in paper 1.

As many as 10lakh students applied for the jee mains 2020. This is the number for both the papers which is paper 1 as well as for paper 2. Paper 1 is for admissions to B.E/B.tech and paper 2 is for admissions to B.arch.
