Around 15 lakh candidates appeared for NEET examination in 2020. It is expected that same number of candidates will appear in 2021 too. However it is very difficult to say how many candidates appeared in Kannada language because NTA hasn't released any statistics like that. I would suggest you to not focus on numbers rather prepare as best as possible from your side. If you will be prepared well, the number of candidate wont matter.
