In a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, typically you study 3 to 5 subjects depending on the university and the program structure:

Core/ Major Subjects: Usually 1 or 2 main subjects you specialize in (like History, English, Political Science).

Elective Subjects: Around 1 to 2 elective subjects related or unrelated to your major.

Compulsory/Foundation Subjects: Often 1 subject like Environmental Studies, Communication Skills, or a language.

So overall, most B.A. programs have you study 3 to 5 subjects
