Hello,
.
There is no limitation to attempt the IBSAT examination.
It means you can write number of times.But see that you don't waste your time in one examination.
.
Here is the eligibility criteria for IBSAT,

Candidate need to hold bachelor's degree with minimum 50%
Students of final year are also eligible for examination
Candidate need to be 15 years educated student
Non-English graduation students need to submit IELTS/TOEFL/NELT Score.
There is no age limit
Candidate must be an Indian

Important dates,

If you are last year student you need to submit proofs on or before November 1st.
Non- English students need to submit before 31st may

Here is the eligibility list for IBSAT.Once you possess all the criteria you are eligible for official examination.
