There is no such restriction in appearing for the NEET exam, you can appear any number of times but what comes into the picture is age. Your age should not be more than 25 years and for the reserved category 30 years.

NEET is conducted once a year. As of now there is no upper age limit to give NEET and there is no minimum number of attempts. So as long as Candidates must have completed 17 years and have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board or giving their 12th class exam you will be eligible to give the NEET exam. But once the decision on the upper age limit is done that will be the limit on the times a candidate can give NEET exam.

The NEET attempt limit, was earlier the attempt-number was restricted to three times, was removed. Thus,now NEET exams could be attempted as many times as there is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgment on this matter.

As per the lower age limit, the candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.

If a candidate is Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals, then he or she can apply for NEET 2022.
