The grading system used by private, deemed, government controlled, or government institutions is based on a 10-point scale starting usually with an “O” (for Outstanding ) at the top, followed by A and consecutive letters. Some institutions also bifurcate each letter grade (such as A+ and A, B+ and B, and so on ).

2nd division = medium quality slaves, good for working in startup companies.

Distinction:

2nd divison: >=50% and <60%

Grade:

C1,fair : between 50% and 60%
C2 , average : between 40% and 50%
